This is an opportunity for a highly experienced Paid Social expert to work in a key leadership role across some of the world's most well known luxury brands.

The Role:

The role of the Paid Social Business Director will hold a key role in the development and ongoing management of luxury clients across the agency. As Paid Social Business Director you will have direct responsibility for the output of the Social offering. You will initially be responsible for being the lead on some of the agency's key accounts, manage the team, and support the Paid Social Partner in the implementation of the paid social roadmap. You will be a key contribute to the creation of a single solution which encompasses all the great elements already in existence across the business and evolve it into a single market leading offering. The Paid Social BD will be responsible for bench-marking the quality of work delivered by the team against the set of clients and agreed objectives in Paid Social.

You will also be supporting the Paid Social Partner in expanding the agency's paid social offering (eg. Influencer's activation, consultancy etc.) as well as driving revenue growth & profitability, processes implementation & best practice, training and upskilling of the team, as well as helping raise the profile of the agency's paid social offering in the industry.

About you:

To be successful for the role of Paid Social Business Director you will have the following experience.

  • Substantial demonstrable success in managing and leading digital teams.
  • Proven success in stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in leading new business pitches and driving organic growth.
  • Proven commercial success of driving business growth and creating new revenue streams.
  • Proven track record in performance media and e-commerce and good understanding of the wider media mix.
  • Good understanding and experience in managing and planning influencer activity.
