Our client is an ever-growing Paid Social specialist agency going above and beyond within the industry. The Role

This agency is looking for someone who wants to take their understanding of Paid Social campaigns to join them as a Paid Media Team Lead. You will be driving strategy and overseeing the execution of Paid Social campaigns for 2-3 ecommerce accounts, alongside 1-2 junior members of your team.

As Paid Media Team Lead, your detailed responsibilities will include:

• Managing strategy and overseeing execution across Paid Social campaigns
• Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Help provide advice on technical and creative best practice.
• Report and communicate on marketing strategies for your customers in line with performance KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Managing 1-2 Managers

Desired skills and experience:

• 2 + years' experience in Paid Social marketing for ecommerce clients, working on performance campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify latest trends.
• High level of proficiency with Google sheets and pivot tables
• Strong understanding of creative best practices
