Our client is an ever-growing Paid Social specialist agency going

The Role
This agency is looking for someone who wants to take their
understanding of Paid Social campaigns to join them as a Paid Media Team Lead. You
will be driving strategy and overseeing the execution of Paid Social campaigns
for 2-3 ecommerce accounts, alongside 1-2 junior members of your team.
As Paid Media Team Lead, your detailed responsibilities will
include:
- Managing strategy and overseeing execution across Paid Social campaigns
- Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights
- Help provide advice on technical and creative
best practice
- Report and communicate on marketing strategies
for your customers in line with performance KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Managing 1-2 Managers
Desired skills and experience:
- 2 + years’ experience in Paid Social marketing
for ecommerce clients, working on performance campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify latest trends
- High level of proficiency with Google sheets and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of creative best practices
