Their SaaS platform allows brands to interact with their customer on a mass scale to drive business by using AI and machine learning to create unique experiences for customers across multiple channels. Their clients include big names like The North Face, Waitrose and National Geographic.
Founded in 2008, this company has grown to become a market leader in this field with offices in London, New York and Philadelphia. It's central London office, is based in a WeWork and the company has worked hard to create a talent focused environment and provide support every step of the way.
This role forms part of the company's Global Support Team and involved troubleshooting and problem solving. Customer service is at the heart of this role so having a passion to help others, as well as those in your team, is essential.
- Involves troubleshooting and problem-solving to enable customers to use the platform
- Tracking case resolution and coming up with solutions for clients
- Work alongside the Customer Success and Product teams to better their understanding of the platform
- Translate the needs of customers into training content
- Continually look for ways to improve the service for clients
- Will have strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication. Especially in terms of translating complicated tech. into laymans terms.
- Genuine and keen interest in technology. Experience in a SaaS platform or technology is preferable.
- Hard working, team player and comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
