- Manage all aspects of your clients requirements
- Deliver account growth plans, displaying initiative in identifying and prioritising opportunities
- Provide accurate client forecasting; meet and exceed performance targets
- Responsible for regular client communication including reporting, calls and meetings
- Evidence of a proactivity that has delivered tangible benefits for clients.
- Manage the time and development of the juniors within your team and take full responsibility for their development
- Experience on a retail client
- Calming personality - they need someone that can cope with large accounts through peaks in the year
- Flexible, as things can change quickly
- Organisation is a must - you have to be able to cope with multiple tasks
- Good sense of humour! You will be working with a lovely client who likes a chin-wag.
