Paid Search Account Manager - Beauty

London

Salary -up to £40,000

My client is a leading performance and most awarded agency in London, this is a brilliant opportunity for a PPC expert to work on one if the largest names in the beauty industry.

The Role

  • Assist the Account Director in creating biddable strategies and client roadmaps ensuring integration with other channels, specifically within Convert and Create
  • Work together with the Account Director to build robust reporting to track and effectively showcase performance
  • Oversee the day to day management of each account ensuring best practice is being adhered to and client targets are met, adding value with innovative thought and suggestions
  • Take responsibility for the finance process and relationship with finance, flagging issues and solutions to the Account Director when necessary
  • Produce optimisation and testing roadmaps to ensure each account is improving and evolving and take full responsibility for accuracy of monthly and quarterly plans
  • Provide in-depth analysis of results and actionable recommendations for performance improvement
  • Assume top level responsibility for client budgets including monthly forecasting of spend, planning and budget pacing. Be responsible for the standard of work done by more junior members of the team
  • Proactively investigate / troubleshoot agency, client, finance and supply side campaign issues and source best-practise resolutions in a timely fashion
  • Be in regular contact with reps from Search partners and third party technologies to ensure client campaigns are effectively managed, serviced and set up
  • Work closely with reps from Search partners getting access to betas and new automation processes to ensure client targets are hit
  • Provide frequent progress / contact reports regarding search marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients and internal teams setting up business reviews and PCA's where necessary
  • Review work load and project management capabilities of the team and offer suggestions on how to improve processes and or manage the reallocation / prioritisation of work where necessary to ensure high standards are maintained
