The Company
My client is a leading, boutique agency for the fashion, luxury and lifestyle sectors.

They are looking for a PPC Director tto join the performance team to lead the development of their PPC offering.
This role requires a strategic lead and client facing expert.

The Job
As the PPC Director your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the relationship with the outsource agency to ensure excellent delivery of service, including adhering to deadlines and accuracy of delivery and budget management.
• Ensuring best practice is being applied for the auditing, set up and management of accounts and activity.
• Leading the client relationship and advising on costs, expectations, timings and outcomes.
• Leading the briefing process with clients and translating to the outsource team to ensure alignment with client's business objectives.
• Analysing campaign performance and creating regular performance reports to ensure the team and clients are aware of performance and that targets are being met (supported by our inhouse reporting/dashboard solution).

You
For the role of PPC Director this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years' experience working in PPC in an agency environment.
• Deep expertise and knowledge of the Paid Search ecosystem and relevant tools for planning, managing, auditing and measuring activity.
• Experience using web analytics platforms (SA360/4, Adobe etc) to gain strategic and performance insights.
• Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take responsibility for growing a key new capability.
• Experience in setting out commercial terms and pricing models.
