PPC Lead - Independent Agency - 6 years of PPC experience required - London/Hybrid

The Job

  • Guide the team by setting a positive example, serving as a role model, and supporting and motivating continuous improvement in team performance.
  • Establish goals and offer continuous support to direct reports and junior team members.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Search to regularly assess and future-proof the training and development of the broader team.
  • Formulate, take ownership of, and propel the PPC and overall retail/performance strategy for specific accounts.
  • Spearhead innovation within the team, overseeing the entire process from idea generation to implementation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of performance media roadmaps for clients, with a particular emphasis on Search and Digital Maturity.

You

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional performance by leveraging comprehensive analysis, advanced testing techniques, and impeccable execution that enhances clients' business outcomes.
  • Proficient utilization of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360 platforms at an expert level, including mastery of bidding strategies, offline conversions, and custom variables for optimal results.
  • Strong evidence showcasing the implementation of advanced automation and feed-based solutions, driving efficiency at a scalable level.
  • Sound comprehension of industry best practices as well as Google's recommended approaches, ensuring a balanced and informed decision-making process.
  • Extensive expertise in measurement methodologies, privacy-focused features, and attribution within Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SA360.
