Our client is a fast-growing mobile marketing platform, counting 120 talents worldwide located in 11 offices across Europe, North America and APAC.
They build brands bigger, better, faster on mobile.
They are now looking for an established and inspiring sales leader for its New York office to manage the U.S. operation. The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising technology, digital and mobile media, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and wants to lead the growth of their U.S operation. The ideal candidate has extensive sales leadership experience at a tech company and/or publisher, with experience of working with media agencies and clients.
- Be the U.S. face of the business, leading and continuing to build the sales team of top talent sellers.
- Set sales strategy to attract new accounts and maintain existing partnerships
- Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure high level of customer service
- Strong knowledge of and existing relationships within the industry. Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision makers
- Experienced and inspirational team leader with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, problem solve and empower colleagues to work at the highest level - achieving objectives with a team approach
- Passionate – high energy and enthusiasm
- Hands-on approach – will have good examples of personally leading critical negotiations
- Digital media expert – able to act as a trusted strategic advisor to advertiser clients on digital media
- Highly motivated to build the business
- Experience we are looking for is a sales leader in NY with 15+ years’ experience
