Product Manager

Product Manager - Publishing - £65,000 - £70,000

We are a well-known media company based in London. In this role, you will primarily focus on digital products related to a specific brand within our organisation. As a Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to support the execution of our digital growth and engagement plans through data-driven decision making and customer-centric approaches. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including data analysts, UX/UI designers, and development teams, to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the expansion of our user base and explore new opportunities in the market.

Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries related to the digital products.
• Manage the day-to-day product backlog and define platform roadmaps and sprints.
• Collaborate closely with the data analysis team to inform product decisions based on data insights.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless user journeys.
• Implement test and learn workflows across multiple touchpoints.
• Foster strong relationships with delivery and development teams to ensure timely and budgeted project delivery.
• Advocate for the voice of our users and utilise data to influence decision-making.
• Contribute to the growth of the platform's user base.
• Conduct competitor research and explore new working methodologies.

Person Specification:

• 2-3 years of solid experience as a Digital Product Manager in publishing, media, or consumer business, with end-to-end product life-cycle involvement.
• Experience in managing app products is desirable.
• Proficiency in analysing performance and customer data to inform feature development and optimisation.
• Experience with subscription products and new product launches is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with designers and UX teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in running agile sprints using JIRA for sprint management and progress tracking.
