Sphere Digital are proud to be in partnership with a billion-dollar eCommerce business in the growth of their UK marketing team with a Product Manager based out of their London WeWork office.

 

The Job

  • Manage the development of digital features from concept to launch.
  • Oversee the product road map, project dashboards, and prioritisation to ensure efficient use of development time and maximum uplift in KPIs.
  • Represent business stakeholders throughout the development process by creating and championing stories that reflect business goals.
  • Work closely with the design and development team to implement new functionality quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow and evangelise Agile best practices.
  • Use performance data to understand the value and priority of prospective new features.
  • Gather requirements and effectively communicate those during the development cycle.


You

  • Previous experience as a product manager, digital business analyst or equivalent.
  • Strong degree in numeric subject preferred (sciences, maths, engineering).
  • Proven experience of working closely with development teams in an Agile environment, Agile or Scrum training and qualifications a bonus.
  • Experience within e-commerce and retail, especially within a B2B or industrial supply area.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with SQL knowledge a bonus.
  • Passion for digital and an awareness of best practices, trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to think through complex business problems, solve them by analysing data, and then communicate these in a simple, straightforward manner.
  • Strong problems solving skills.
  • Agile/Scrum Master training/qualification desirable but not required.
