The Job

As the Programmatic Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of brand accounts
  • Maximising and promoting our programmatic offering across all clients, looking at their strategic development and prioritising accordingly
  • Managing the full delivery of digital advertising campaigns towards their KPIs, as well as working closely with the client to educate them on audience targeting, troubleshooting and programmatic buying
  • Provide first level support, troubleshooting under performing or under delivering campaigns as well as training all AM team members in how to do the same for their own programmatic campaigns

You must have

  • A depth of experience in programmatic campaign activation & troubleshooting
  • Demonstrable client-facing experience, taking presentations to client directors & heads of programmatic in your stride
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem e.g., DSP, SSP platforms, ad servers, ad tags etc.
  • The ability to tie delivery and campaign performance back to tangible outcomes
  • Superior verbal and written communication
