Programmatic Manager

Location: London

This agency are moving from activation specialists to martech consultants for their clients. They have some of the most fantastic benefits and cultures of all agencies, and see many team members returning to the team due to their unrivalled training, benefits and client base. They are true digital experts, looking for someone to join their team and be a programmatic expert for their clients.

The role:

  • Leading programmatic strategy and planning across one of the agency's biggest spending clients. Advising clients on DSP and DMP recommendations and managing activation.
  • Ensure all programmatic activity is integrated into broader data management and other media channel plans and activity.
  • Lead and advise on programmatic best practice.
  • Overseeing setup implementation, performance, and day to day execution of programmatic campaigns.
  • Utilising your knowledge and experience of digital to contribute to the development of both Brand and DR aspects of the account.

You:

  • Experienced in a client facing, programmatic focused role. You ideally will have hands on programmatic trading experience in a range of DSPs, with DV360 experience as a minimum.
  • You'll be confident advising clients on programmatic industry trends and developments, and be able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
  • You'll have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, and a commercial mindset.
  • You'll have a track record of exceeding business and client expectations, and exceeding KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally - collaboration is key. You will be able to work collaboratively with other teams to advise on display activity, and ensure that the growth of programmatic works with all other media activity.
