Programmatic and Mobile Partnerships Sales Director, Self-Serve, New York City - Programmatic Mobile Ad Tech - $200,000 - 220,000 base + Double OTE and benefits.

New York City Or Chicago- Semi Remote

The Company

My client is one of the most exciting and fastest growing ad tech businesses worldwide. They have dominated the Mobile Programmatic space for the past ten years and are now really scaling out their US business and offering by bringing out new products in the next few months in spaces such as CTV. They hit 150% of target in 2021 and no doubt will do the same, if not better, in 2022.

This role is to work on a brand-new product of theirs though, their new Self-Serve offering. It's an incredible chance to work on a product so sought after by Agencies in the US who are looking to take more and more capabilities inhouse. The product also works! Their UK counter-part has sold to 7 different agencies in just 4 months.

They need someone with a strong knowledge of Programmatic and ideally some Mobile knowledge who has an extensive contact of mostly Agencies but also Brands across the East Coast.

*Must have experience previoulsy selling Self Serve to Programmatic teams direct!

The Role

As a Programmatic and Mobile Partnerships Sales Director, you will:

  • Selling the company's brand new, innovative technology proposition to major advertising agencies and brands
  • Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
  • Be the Programmatic expert and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients
  • Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
  • Pitching to and meeting with Agency programmatic partners
  • Provide training and support to your clients using the technology
  • Attending various trade shows and events


  • Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts
  • Fantastic Programmatic knowledge, ideally with some experience previously being involved in campaigns
  • Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
  • Ideally you'll have over 5 years agency sales experience
  • Have some SaaS or Self-Serve experience
  • A strong knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
  • Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
