A brilliant media agency client of ours is looking for a Project Director level delivery expert to come on-board for 3 months, whilst the business waits for it's newly hired permanent member of staff to relocate, on-board and join. Are you a delivery expert? A safe and reliable pair of hands with a proven track record managing the delivery of programmes of work in an agency environment ? ideally a media agency environment?

This agency is offering the Senior Project Management / Project Director role on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract, to start asap, at a salary of £90k per annum.

The role is working on a new client win (automotive) and involves internal project management, setting up processes, writing project plans, creating templates and tracking initiatives. You would have responsibility for the day to day delivery of the scope of work, as well as making suggestions for process improvement etc. You will develop integrated status reports, and deliver day to day, as well as adapting the scope of work for different local markets.

There environment is a paid media one, so someone who has media agency, or paid media experience combined with exceptions Project Management skill is what is really required for this role.

This person is requested to work in their office a min of 2 days per week, and from home a max of 3.

To be successful in this Project Delivery role you will have the following experience:

• 5-10 years experience delivering digital and integrated projects for clients
• Most recently working at Senior PM / Project / Business Director level
• Media agency experience, or paid media experience
• The ability to set up new process
• Drive collaboration with specialist teams to deliver core and transformation projects
• Be the key day to day contact for global clients
• Project Manage global scope of work delivery, working closely with clients to turn their needs and requirements into tangible projects and outputs
• Work with the commercial team, so plans and projects turn into positive revenue streams
• Localise projects for local markets too
• Deliver successful partnerships with other agencies and external companies
• Potential to work on new business pitches
