Project Manager - Creative Agency - London (Hybrid) - £40k
The Agency
My client is a leading full service agency within the creative & media space, backed by a global network.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be working across one of the agencies biggest clients within the tobacco/vapour product industry and assisting in the delivery of various creative campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage campaigns from scoping to post-delivery analysis.
- Ensure project delivery meets process and quality standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations.
- Track project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee multiple projects, resolving issues proactively.
- Monitor costs and support revenue maximisation.
- Ensure resource allocation with teams and agencies.
- Prioritise tasks and manage workloads in daily stand-ups.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and over-bookings weekly.
- Support long-term resource planning with senior leadership.
- Assist HR in sourcing freelancers when necessary as well as monitoring and managing freelance costs within budget.
About You
- 1-2 years' experience in Project or Account Management, preferably in a creative agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate tracking and execution of projects.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to shifting project needs.
- Proactive and self-motivated, contributing positively to projects.
