The Company

This Publisher Sales Director role is a great opportunity to join an AdTech business who are a world leading Supply Side Platform expanding rapidly throughout the US. They are looking for a seasoned Pub Salesperson to join the team in NYC!

The job

    • Partner with Account Management to own a book of strategic top publishers and manage all aspects of the business - revenue, exec touchpoints, contracts, and account plans
    • Identify new upsell opportunities for revenue growth around PMP/PG deals, publisher 1st party data, audience extension, and identity solutions
    • Prospect and help build the businesses retail media business with top tier e-commerce publishers for both supply and data sales
    • Onboard new premium supply inventory with a focus on direct publishers and CTV
    • Identify new market opportunities and technical innovation and provide actionable insights to our exec, product, and technology teams
    • Serve as the trusted advisor to publishers on all industry topics as they navigate the changing programmatic landscape
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and core team participant for one or more product lines
    • Represent the business as a brand ambassador at various industry events

You

    • 7+ years of programmatic sales experience in ad tech or at a programmatic publisher
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets and leading successful partnerships with top tier clients
    • Deep programmatic industry knowledge and strong understanding of publishers, ad tech platforms, and retail media networks
    • Ability to engage in strategic conversations with senior level executives
    • Exceptional verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
    • High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment
