Regional Enterprise Sales Manager - Saas - Paris - Competitive 

 

Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a hyper-growth SaaS company, which helps companies to accelerate their digital transformation. They offer one of the world’s largest cloud security platforms and their services are 100% cloud native. In less than 10 years, the business has become global, with offices in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific and users in more than 185 countries worldwide. Their main client base consists of global Enterprises such as Siemens, Carlsberg, SEAT and Air France.

They are now looking for a fluent French speaker to join them in an Individual Contributor role as a Regional Enterprise Sales Manager in Paris.

 

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • You will be responsible for an assigned territory (i.e. the French market)
  • Generating an active pipeline via trade fairs and top tier channel partners
  • Winning deals and net new logo
  • Identifying and driving up-selling opportunities
  • Managing and consulting key accounts

 

You

  • You have 3-5 years of Enterprise Sales experience, ideally in the SaaS sector
  • You speak French on a native level/fluently and have business-fluent English
  • You follow a recognised Sales methodology/process and value mentorship
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree from a top university (ideally also a Master’s Degree)
  • You have a consistent track record of over-achievement and net new logo accomplishments
  • You have the power of persuasion and negotiating skills, with the absolute will to achieve success
