(Remote) Customer Success Manager - Identity Access Management - Flexible

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding customers to the our Cloud platform and establishing customer relationships
  • Welcoming all new customers and educating them on our resources
  • Leading account planning processes
  • Preparing for account reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Driving expansion opportunities
  • Delivering core product demos and best practice guidance
  • Writing renewal plans and leading the renewal strategy
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Managing collections

You

Essential Requirements:
1) You have experience working with either Identity Access, Identity Governance or Cloud Security platforms

2) You are a 'true' Senior Customer Success Specialist (3+ years driving adoption, renewing clients, promoting growth of international clients)

3) Enjoy the combination of remote work paired with international travel to clients.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency with: WebX, Zoom, Hangout
  • Ability to travel to meet EMEA clients - 10/20%
