RVP Sales, Programmatic and Mobile, Chicago - Programmatic Mobile Ad Tech - $200,000 - 220,000 base + Double OTE and benefits.
Chicago- Semi Remote
My client is one of the most exciting and fastest growing ad tech businesses worldwide. They have dominated the Mobile Programmatic space for the past ten years and are now really scaling out their US business and offering by bringing out new products in the next few months in spaces such as CTV. They hit 150% of target in 2021 and no doubt will do the same, if not better, in 2022.
This role is to lead a current sales team of 2 people but with 2 more hires being made that will quickly grow! They also need someone to still be selling themselves into both Brands and Agencies across the Mid-West.
They need someone with a strong knowledge of Programmatic and some Mobile knowledge who has an extensive contact of mostly Agencies but also Brands across the Mid-west. Excitingly this role will also report into the MD!
As an RVP of Sales, you will:
- Selling the company's core products as well as their new products being launched such as CTV.
- Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
- Be the Programmatic expert and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients
- Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
- Pitching to and meeting with Agency programmatic partners
- Manage and grow both the Chicago based Sales team but also strategically the office and the Mid-west and West coast
- Provide training and support to your clients using the technology
- Attending various trade shows and events
- Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts
- Fantastic Programmatic knowledge
- Good Mobile knowledge and ideally a knowledge of location-based data and analytics
- Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
- Ideally you'll have over 8 years agency sales experience
- Strong Management knowledge
- Ideally some SaaS experience
- A strong knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
- Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
- Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
