Up to £32k base + 23k Uncapped Comms + Equity + Benefits

This is a fast growing pre-ipo VC backed tech start up, still keeping that innovative and agile culture you get in a start up but with the brand and stability of a larger company.

The recent investment comes off the back of key client wins, growth in revenue and technology development. Their solution is able to take on the top 4 and win as their tech stack works brilliantly as it was developed in house preventing the silo-ing of data and the breakdown of customer profiles.

Their solution is a pure marketing cloud strong in mobile, email, social, desktop with recent innovations into Snapchat and Facebook Messenger marketing.

They are considered one of the most exciting marketing technologies on the market!

The Job

Primarily focused on building high quality pipeline into French or German market depending on what language you speak.

It's the perfect stepping up role as you'll move into a full closing (AE) role after a successful 12-18 months.

  • To build pipeline by social selling, cold calling, pitching and consulting the clients aiming to produce meetings and qualified leads
  • To be the 1st line of contact with clients, to know the market and technology inside and out, act as a trusted advisor and pitching in a very consultative manner
  • Utilise video demos
  • Utilising the marketing teams & existing database to generate interest
  • Getting around gatekeepers and to pitch to key decision makers often e-commerce and marketing managers
  • Consistently deliver results and hit KPIs without too much hand holding, booking 10 very high quality stage 2 opportunities per quarter
  • Attend online events, pitching live demos over Zoom and controlling the early stages of the sales process


  • Either have 9 to 24 months experience as an SDR/BDR within a SaaS based marketing technology OR have a few years B2B sales experience looking to move into SaaS sales
  • Must have native level French or German, as well as business level English
  • Consistently hit target
  • Good longevity in roles
  • Happy to build pipeline from scratch and hand it over with plenty of notes
  • Happy to stay in a SDR role for at least 12 months but looking to work your way up to a closing role
  • Experience at cold calling, handling objections, getting round gate keepers and pitching to decision makers
  • Interest and knowledge of ecommerce, retailers and marketing
