Responsibilities:

  • Full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Negotiate and obtain signed sales contracts
  • Develop and manage the relationships within your named accounts
  • Demonstrating / selling value to key stakeholders within the accounts
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in an international start-up environment

You:

  • 10 + years of software sales experience
  • Experience in selling a change management software
  • Experience selling to Enterprises who have global sales organizations, call centres, service or HR teams
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycle
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed and motived as well as collaborate with the team towards a common goal
