My client uses the latest mobile ad technology to help premium brands effectively reach and engage with their clients' audiences. The portfolio includes over 100 brands such as Microsoft, Nespresso and Dior, and 1,000 publishers like the BBC, Bloomberg and Vogue. They are an impressive startup that went from zero to $8.5m in revenue in just three years.

Following the acquisition of a majority stake they will expand operations with new offices in New York, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney and are seeking a experience Sales Director for their New York office.


The Job

  • Develop and scale high-level collaborative relationships with major customers (media
  • agencies & clients direct) from all industries (Luxury, B2B, Travel, Finance, Banking,

Automotive, FMCG, etc).

  • Drive US revenue growth by signing sales agreements.
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market

trends, and their mobile marketing solutions.

  • Proactive engagement with industry committees and conferences.
  • 1st year goal - achieve $2M revenue target
  • Report to VP Sales North America



  • 5+ years of advertising experience, marketing, media sales or project management.
  • Strong industry knowledge and existing relationships within the industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision makers (agencies & clients).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Mobile space preferred.
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve
  • objectives with a team approach.
  • Passionate – high energy and enthusiasm
  •  A self-starter – creative, resourceful and adaptable, able to find solutions to problems
  • Hands-on approach – will have good examples of personally leading critical negotiations.
  • Digital media expert – able to act as a trusted strategic advisor to advertiser clients on digital media.
