My client is a successful Programmatic Digital Marketing company who are leaders in the industry. They focus on brand safety using 1st party data and cookieless targeting capabilities.

Their technology is exciting and innovative and there will be even more to come as they have huge growth plans in the US.

With this company, you will be able to make a direct impact and have major career progression as you will be one of the first hires for them in the US selling into a wide open market of Tier 2 & 3 Agencies and Brands throughout the West Coast. This is why they are looking for someone with strong contacts so that they can maintain and build out their book of business and drive B2B sales and grow this company.

The Role:

As the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, grow, and manage a digital advertising business within the region or vertical while driving B2B sales.
  • Maintain past relationships with agency and brand personnel and build new ones to increase revenue within verticals.
  • Bring individual contributions of revenue during key periods of company growth as you are one of the first Sales Directors in the nation.
  • Deliver presentations which show the company's value.
  • Work with Account Managers and Ad Operations internally to ensure they understand what success will look like for the client
  • Build and bundle innovative solutions that align well with the company's main strengths and are deliverable

You

  • 3 - 5 years' experience selling digital and programmatic media or solutions in an AdTech environment
  • Have at least 2 - 3 contacts with independent agencies and brands to leverage
  • Commendable client service and communication skills
  • Highly passionate and driven to join a rapidly growing, highly funded company
