Sales Engineer - AI Retail SaaS Platform
£80,000 - £100,000 plus 25% Bonus
My client provides an AI SaaS platform that allows for next level retail execution. The product can analyse what products are selling and not selling in-store and understand the reasons in order to improve sales by up to 3-5%.
They have a large footprint in the US and launched in the UK over a year ago. They have 9 people on the ground and are rapidly growing thanks to lots of new client wins. They are looking for a well-rounded, strategic, and innovative addition to their global Sales Engineering team!
As a Sales Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Working with Account Executives to deliver consultative, value-based presentations that address customer problems and educate the customer on the advantages of the product; and closing deals!
- Provide technical consulting to the sales team by participating in online demonstrations, conference calls, and onsite visits. You will conduct demo's and develop 'Proof of Concepts' to solve the prospects challenges.
- Work cross-teams internally to build new tools/processes to enhance the company's value proposition during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure that newly released features are understood and continue to strengthen our value proposition
- 3+ years in a B2B SaaS company as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or equivalent role working in tandem with Account Executive's to close new business (Enterprise Sales).
- 2+ Years' experience working with Python
- 1+ Years of hands-on experience using SQL and ETL
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience presenting to and consulting with C-level business executives
