The Job

As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for:

  • New business sales and team management of 4 SDR's
  • You will be tasked with developing your own pipeline, pitching to new clients managing the sales process over the line as well as managing inbound enquiries and 25% of the role is managing the team.
  • Managing £30-£50k deal sizes
  • Working with scaling Fintech & Financial Services companies
  • Selling to a secure market
  • Selling to SME, SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise markets


  • 3-5 years sales experience in the UK SaaS, Martech, Marketing Agency markets
  • An interest and prior experience in Fintech or the Financial Services market is a must!
  • Have closed deals of at least £20k
  • Good longevity in roles highlighting you've had consistent success, at least 2/3 years in each company
  • Have regularly hit your annual quota
  • Have experience at handling online demos, F2F client meetings, putting briefs together and closing contracts.
  • Happy to generate leads from scratch including social selling and cold calling.
  • Process and metrics driven and likes a consultative sell.
