Sales Manager, SaaS/Logistics, Berlin or Remote in Germany

Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing start-up in Germany, which provides logistics voice assistance tools for mobile workers.

The company’s solutions are implemented as driver apps and in scanners or vehicles to improve the daily workflows of professional drivers, couriers and delivery teams.

They work with global Enterprise companies from the Automotive and Logistics sector, such as DHL, Volkswagen and DPD.

To support their growth, they are now looking for a fluent/native German speaker to join them either in their Berlin office or remotely in Germany as a Business Development/Sales Manager!

 

The Job

As Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and developing new markets by identifying and building relationships with potential B2B clients in the Transport and Logistics industry
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and generating a scalable and strong business pipeline
  • Acting as a strategic consultant to your clients and helping to find the best way for them to engage with the platform
  • Leading the whole sales cycle, and also fostering and supporting clients’ post-sales
  • Driving and ensuring a high client retention rate

 

You

  • You speak German on a native level/fluently and have business-fluent English
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management/Business Development role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Experience working in the Logistics, Fleet Management, Automotive or Delivery sector is beneficial
  • Proven track record managing complex cross-company projects and processes with stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
