SDR Team Leader - Marketing Tech, SaaS, Up to £50k base + double OTE

The Role

As SDR Team Lead, you are responsible for:

  • Generating your own sales pipeline
  • Leading a team of 4 SDR's, ensuring they are hitting targets
  • Helping develop and grow the SDR function
  • Conducting 121s with the SDR team
  • Tracking and reporting on the team performance
  • Work with wider leadership team to design and execute creative sales/marketing
  • Campaigns
  • Work with both sales and marketing to convert leads into qualified meetings

You: You'll need:

  • An interest in B2B Tech Sales
  • Be a "team player" abd driven to achieving sales goals
  • 2 years SaaS sales experience in an SDR position with some closing experience
