Senior Account Executive - Marketing Tech, Saas, Up to £85k base + double OTE

This company are in a strong position as their technology helps benefit, train and retain staff of some of the biggest companies we know & use today. This company have also recently received their Series B £20m funding and have exciting growth plans ahead!

Their L&D platform is in demand as companies continue to desire to retain their staff and ensure their employees are kept up to date with training and upskilling… wherever they are!

You will be selling a thorough piece of training technology, available on an app, wherever an employee is. This ingenious platform is sold on a saas model that is relevant to all verticals.

They already have great clients such as Uber, Deliveroo and Deloitte.

The Job

As Account Executive, you are responsible for:

  • Bringing in new business as well as closing deals from inbound leads.
  • Tasked with developing your own pipeline, pitching to new clients managing the sales process over the line - 360 sales.
  • Selling to global companies

You

  • 2+ years sales experience in the SaaS or Martech space
  • 2 years closing (360 sales) experience
  • Ability to manage own pipeline
  • Have reached targets of at least £700k
  • Managed average order values of £20k
  • Good longevity in roles highlighting you've had consistent success, at least 2/3 years in each company
  • Have regularly hit your annual quota
  • Have experience at handling online demos, F2F client meetings, putting briefs together and closing contracts.
  • Happy to generate leads from scratch including social selling and cold calling.
  • Process and metrics driven and likes a consultative sell.
