A leading independent creative agency delivering high-impact, culturally driven campaigns across social, influencer, and experiential channels. The team partners with major global brands across tech, lifestyle, and FMCG, producing everything from influencer-led trips and viral content shoots to large-scale activations and sampling experiences.

With around 50 people in the London office, the agency is known for its collaborative, energetic, and ideas-first culture. They operate on a hybrid model (3 days in office) and value confident, curious, and creative individuals who love bringing big ideas to life.

The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you'll lead on a portfolio of flagship client accounts in the tech and lifestyle space, managing integrated campaigns that combine influencer, social, and experiential elements. You'll be the key link between the client, creative, and production teams, ensuring smooth delivery and standout work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and oversee end-to-end campaign delivery.

• Manage internal teams and external partners to deliver roadshows, content shoots, and brand activations.

• Contribute to creative development, offering input on art direction and storytelling.

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and campaign KPIs.

• Present strategy, creative concepts, and wrap reports to clients.

• Mentor junior team members and help drive a positive, collaborative agency culture.

About You

• 5+ years' agency experience, ideally spanning both social and experiential campaigns.

• Proven success managing complex activations such as influencer trips, shoots, or live experiences.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

• Commercially minded with excellent budget and timeline management.

• Hands-on, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Curious, collaborative, and culturally aware.
