Lead Affiliate and Partnerships Manager wanted for App Store's Top Rated App!
Sphere Digital Recruitment have recently partnered with a with a company who pioneer in app development, utilized by both consumers and businesses. They started as one of the first App's on the App store, and have been growing with the Apple ecosystem ever since. With over 150million downloads of their products, they are scaling their business considerable (all self-funded), while making people's lives more productive on the go.
The role:
- To deploy the company's affiliate program for cross platform products (e.g. across MAC OS, iOS, Windows, etc).
- You will own and manage the portfolio of affiliate partners they have, ensuring they have in depth understanding of financial value.
- You will grow their affiliate channel, increasing metrics by launching sustainable affiliates, resellers, partners and networks.
You
- An expert in Affiliate and Partnership Marketing, being able to manage these hands on.
- Be experienced with CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost-Per-Click )and CPM (Cost-Per-Mille), and Revenue share payment models. Be comfortable working in a KPI and ROI focused environment.
- Have a deep understanding of how affiliate tracking, AppsFlyer, or other MMPs work
- Have strong analytical skills, using tools like Amplitude, Excel and more.
- Strong communicator with negotiating skills, experience negotiating commercial terms and contracting.
