The Role 

Our client is looking for someone to join their team as an efficient and expert Senior Client Services Account Manager to manage omni-channel clients and internal activation teams. 


Your responsibilities will include: 

- Managing the daily execution of client projects and acting as a point of contact between the agency and your clients

- Organise and attend client meetings, holding discussions, and providing informative account insight and utilise your industry knowledge to grow the account and meet business objectives 

- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, your Director, and internal team members 

- Lead delivery and execution of multi-channel strategy 

- Cross and upsell opportunities, proposing these to clients to promote account growth 

- Ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and developed into clear internal briefs for 3rd party teams within the agency. 

- Have a multichannel view of all priorities and tasks across channels on the account. Work with channel teams and the client to project manage via project management tools and set client expectations for delivery whilst keeping Account Director up to date on account developments. 

- Work with channel leads and strategy team to deliver brief responses to the client whilst ensuring all project plans and processes are adhered to. 


About you 

- A university degree or international equivalent 

- Three years’ online experience within a Paid Media role

- A working knowledge of different paid media capabilities and what they offer the client and customer, including Search Marketing, Programmatic Display, Social, etc. 

- Strategic ability and understanding of insights/Data (also at European level).

- Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.

- Proven record of managing accounts with multiple stakeholders.

- Development and execution of digital marketing communication plans.

- Able to demonstrate strong project management and organisational skills. Experience with tools such as click-up and Kanban (Azure DevOps) is beneficial but not required. 

- Astounding written, oral and presentation skill and competent in using Microsoft suite especially Excel. 

- Persuasive negotiation skills with an ability to cross and up-sell.

- Ability to prioritise and multitask, working with all internal agency departments, and integrate with external agency partners. 

- Experience working in Agile is beneficial.
