Job Description: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in managing, supporting and growing our key Telco partners. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining day-to-day business relationships with top decision makers within your accounts, serving as the primary point of contact. Working collaboratively with both clients and our technical, product and analytics teams, you will deliver successful and creative services.

Your key responsibilities will include balancing client deliverables on multiple projects, bringing a solutions-focused approach to help your clients solve their problems, and taking a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships. You will lead on client interactions and touchpoints, and take a proactive approach to problem solving, using analytics to underpin client recommendations. You will also uncover client issues and share these insights to enhance our suite of products.

In addition, you will act as a representative of our company at relevant client meetings and industry conferences, and support across the wider client suite as required. You will lead on the QBR process and strategy, and have a holistic understanding of your client's business and services.

Experience Required: To be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success and/or consultative selling. You will possess confident communication skills and real business acumen, with sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. You will apply a founder's mentality to your work and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
