Senior Game Designer - Casual Games - Fully Remote in Europe - Competitive Salary

Sphere has partnered with one of the largest and most successful gaming studios in the world. They have hubs across Europe and as a company specialize in Casual and Hyper Casual Mobile Games. Their mission is to spread joy and bring fun to everyone's lives! They have over 6 BILLION downloads of their games, and this is not stopping here!
As a result of this incredible success, they are hiring a Senior Game Designer to work specifically in their Casual Lab. This will be working on some new and exciting Casual Mobile Games, on the topic of RPG, Puzzle and Match 3 games.
Responsibilities:
- You will be leading the full cycle of their games, from concept to release.
- Own and design the game economy, mechanics and monetization.
- Create clear design documentation for the games, content and features.
- Influence game design decisions, by managing stakeholder expectations and close communication.
- Work closely with data driven decisions to make informed decisions, as well as, being up to date with the market and the latest trends!
- Work on new game themes.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Game Design role.
- Extensive experience working on Casual Mobile Games.
- Ideally in the space of either RPG, Match 3 or Puzzle games.
- Obsessed with Casual Gaming.
- A great understanding and knowledge of core-loop, meta-game, game-balance, economy and monetization models.
- Must be based in Europe and able to work in Europe without any VISA support.
