Senior Media Planner - Frankfurt - COMPETITIVE SALARY!

The biggest FMCG corporation in the world which owns a huge portfolio of famous global brands (all of which you will know) is hiring a Senior Media Planner!

Sphere have recently partnered with one of the best and most exciting FMCG corporations in the world. They own an impressive portfolio of leading brands worldwide within the beauty, personal health care and baby industries.

They are looking to hire a talented and ambitious Senior Media Planner. They're looking for an offline and online media planning expert and leader to lead a team of 10 in their Frankfurt offices. You have to be a TV/AV offline strategist and paid media specialist to be suitable for the role - as AV offline strategy is a main priority for my client.

The role is based in Frankfurt, and is on-site role. Prior experience in offline Media planning and paid media strategy and team leaderships is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and planning campaigns in traditional offline media - AV/TV/Print/OOH
• Strategizing and planning campaigns in online media - Programmatic/Paid Search/Paid Social
• Ability to lead the media planning team, work towards KPI's and company targets
• Provide the media buying and activation teams a thorough media strategy to execute
• Manage and optimise budget according to - industry flow and high performing channels
• Monitor campaigns and asses performance via data analysis
• Use and integration of ad tools such as Facebook Business Manager
• Work and generate and impact of the B2C DACH Market

Essential experience:

• +5 years minimum of media planning across offline and online media
• +3 year of people management
• High strategic pedigree and strong awareness on current and new marketing opportunities and channels
• Strong understanding and background in B2C DACH media planning market
• Performance driven leader - analysing campaign performance to determine new strategy opportunities
• Experience working alongside internal stakeholders for strategy pitches, reporting, meetings, KPI management and performance reviews
• Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
