Sales Manager (IC) - Saas, Up to £80k base + Double OTE

I'm working with a start-up saas company providing companies with a rewarding well-being app and programme.

Their versatile platform is well-received and sought after as a post-pandemic must have.

You will be selling this SaaS product across all verticals with little internal competition.

Exciting bits:

  • Reporting to Head of Commercial
  • Closing SDR leads
  • Joining meetings to demo, negotiate and close a deal
  • Helping the Head of Commercial with sales strategies
  • Working with the Partner managers & SDR's, mentoring when needed
  • Working with a close knit team

The Job

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Closing inbound deals
  • Selling to global brands
  • B2B SaaS sales
  • Speaking to CTO, CFO'S, CMO's, Heads of HR

You

  • Around 4 year + experience in a B2B sales management
  • Target driven and commercial, with proven experience of delivering against sales targets
  • Passion for health & wellbeing and its potential to transform company culture is a bonus
  • Start-up experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across face to face, phone and email
  • Consultative, solution-oriented and collaborative; utilising case studies and working cross-functionally to manage objections
  • Experience of iterating sales processes, tools and collateral
  • Self-motivated, with a willingness to work independently
  • High standards of integrity and trust
  • High EQ and an analytical thinker
  • Experience of managing sales cycles of 3- 6 months plus
  • Have experience at handling online demos, F2F client meetings, putting briefs together and closing contracts.
  • Happy to generate leads from scratch including social selling and cold calling- some of the time
  • Process and metrics driven and likes a consultative sell.
