Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth through strategic mobile advertising sales. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of digital media and your strong client relationships to identify new opportunities, develop tailored advertising solutions, and close high-impact deals. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and ensuring the success of our advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new mobile advertising opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and advertising agencies, as well as key decision-makers in media planning and buying.
  • Develop tailored program proposals based on customer insights and best practices, showcasing the unique value of our platform.
  • Create compelling responses to RFPs and deliver persuasive pitch presentations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape product marketing strategies and drive innovation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report findings, and contribute to the development of case studies.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile and digital media sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in programmatic platforms and experience with both managed and self-service ad tech platforms.
  • Expertise in developing and executing media and advertising strategies, with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to understand and address clients' business and communication needs, offering customized mobile advertising solutions.
  • Passion for innovative and effective advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A strong work ethic, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values entrepreneurial spirit.
