Founded just a couple years ago, this very well funded business are making waves in the Programmatic and Advetising space to become already major players. Their Cookieless solution and Proprietary technology means that they are in a fantastic place to grow from.

With some great funding and incredible backers, they have hired some very impressive staff to support their US growth which has doubled in size this year and is expected to do the same next year!

This role will have you working in and managing a team selling into the New York region and across the East Coast, reporting into their Head of Sales and with a dotted line into the MD.

You'll be managing a team of 3 calling on Holding Co Agencies so they really need someone with strong contacts in the region who can leverage them for the tech platform and management experience.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Director, you will:

  • Manage a team of three who will sell into all the major agency groups in your region with a focus on the Holding Co agencies
  • Support your team to do their own prospecting and pipeline management but with the support of Sales Planners and a full marketing team in their European office
  • Be a mentor and leader for more junior members of the team also
  • Also close and manage your own pipeline in addition to your teams with a quota across you and your team
  • Work closely with the CEO and head of Sales on company strategy


  • Experience working in Ad Tech or Media Sales, ideally in an Ad Tech environment
  • Ideally have experience selling to both Agencies and Brands direct
  • Have strong Agency contacts, ideally in Holding Cos
  • Have at least 1 years management experience
  • You have a great track record of winning large pieces of business
  • Some experience in selling Programmatic
  • Passionate, ambitious and driven to join a rapidly expanding and high flying start up
