The Company

Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a leading high-growth tech company in Germany, which helps businesses to engage customers and increase revenue. Their SaaS-based Digital Experience platform enables businesses to deliver content-rich and AI-powered personalised experiences across all online channels.  

They have a massive international outreach, with offices worldwide including in cities such as Munich, Boston and Singapore. Their main client base consists of leading German and international brands such as Commerzbank, Bosch and Santander Bank.

To support their continuous growth and expansion, they are now looking for a fluent/native German speaker to join them either in their Dortmund office or remotely in Germany as a Senior Sales Executive!


The Job

As a Senior Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the whole sales cycle, including negotiating agreements and closing deals 
  • Acquiring new customers and growing the company’s existing client base in the DACH region and wider Europe
  • Pitching and selling the company’s solutions and services to Enterprise-level partners
  • Establishing long-term strategic relationships and building up a network with C-level decision makers across key verticals such as e-Commerce, Manufacturing and FSI
  • Travelling for client meetings when required



  • You speak German on a native level/fluently and have business-fluent English
  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Sales role in the SaaS and/or MarTech industry
  • You have proven experience selling complex software solutions and have good knowledge of SaaS software
  • You have extensive experience selling to Enterprise-level clients
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and have a hunter mentality
  • You have strong experience managing lengthy and complex sales cycles and communicating with senior-level decision-makers
