The Role

• Oversee day-to-day campaign management, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and error-free execution.
• Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring timely and excellent delivery of projects.
• Support internal marketing initiatives and create content for our own channels.
• Collaborate with paid and influencer teams to execute comprehensive social media campaigns.
• Manage one executive and provide support for new business activities, including strategic campaign ideation. Regularly analyse and report on content performance, identifying trends and achieving key engagement, growth, and reach goals.

About You

• Exemplary eye for detail, ensuring meticulous accuracy, along with exceptional organisational, administrative, and time management abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills combined with proactive approach.
• Skillful adaptation of content to various tones of voice and industry sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding and expertise across all social media platforms, with essential experience in working with influencers.
• Proficiency in basic design and video editing.
• Effective communication skills, adept at conveying ideas to internal teams and clients through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.
