The Role

As Senior Social Media Manager your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee all organic content, using your industry-leading knowledge of social media platforms and communities to advise and make recommendations to clients regarding their strategic objectives.
• Keep up to date with social media trends and topics.
• Advise clients on how they can connect with their target audiences through meaningful social media interaction.
• Delegate and oversee the implementation work of Social Media Managers on the team, as well as leading their development in a personal and professional capacity.
• Communicating meaningfully and effectively with your clients, whilst building and maintaining their trust.

About You

Our client are looking for:

• You will preferably have four or more years' experience working in social media in a fast-paced environment.
• The ambition to adapt and evolve in the ever-growing world of social media.
• You will have a creative mindset, with a passion to work on ideation for social content, as well as a passion for the brands you work on.
• Attention to detail and the desire to perform effectively for your clients.
• You are curious by nature, and fascinated by the way social media can enhance brand presence.
