SEO Account Manager - Independent Agency - Hybrid Model

The Company

Our client is a highly regarded SEO agency specializing in B2B services, offering comprehensive campaigns to B2B clients worldwide by identifying and generating quality traffic through effective SEO campaigns that drive conversions. Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager who possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of B2B SEO to join their growing team.

The Job

  • Account management for a portfolio of client accounts within the B2B sector, prioritizing client satisfaction and achieving results.
  • Handling incoming inquiries to support new business acquisition.
  • Creating informative presentation decks and proposals for potential clients.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all account management requirements of assigned clients.
  • Collaborating with Directors and team members to develop strategic plans for key accounts, implementing 90-day sprint plans each quarter and establishing measurable KPI targets.
  • Working alongside the team to schedule and execute monthly Scope of Works for client accounts, ensuring timely completion of planned tasks that directly impact performance.
  • Striving to meet quarterly performance KPIs established for each account, aiming to drive optimal performance for our clients.
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to retain existing clients and foster their growth as part of your key performance indicators.
  • Co-account managing select key accounts with the Directors, conducting weekly progress calls and monthly performance review calls.

You

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a B2B account management position within an agency.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in comprehending the B2B customer journey and its various stages.
  • Understanding of the significance of SEO in a B2B marketing strategy and its role in generating leads.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering harmonious relationships and motivating team members.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on growth and celebrating achievements.
  • Proficient in delivering impactful presentations, with advanced skills in utilizing PowerPoint.
  • Proficient user of CRM and project management tools.
  • Exceptional English writing and speaking abilities, particularly in written communication.
  • Results-driven, capable of working well under pressure and making quick decisions.
