The Job

  • An experienced, confident, slick and commercially-savvy SEO Associate Account Director is required to lead a team managing high-profile clients and delivering significant revenue.
  • They will have excellent project management skills - ensuring projects run efficiently, deliver on set objectives, remain within budget and are effective at reporting to all stakeholders. They will lead one of the largest accounts in the team, coordinating with our sister agencies across to help them plan and execute SEO campaigns in their local markets.
  • SEO activity will be diverse ranging from technical, content and various methods of link building such as advocacy engagement. A key part of the role is that SEO AAD and his/her team build relationships on the phone and in person with our clients and contacts. They will help support the larger account team and wider business on various projects and global coordination.
  • Crucial to the role is proactively providing incremental value through developing relationships with our agency partners, upselling through existing clients and leading the SEO portion of new business RFPs and pitches

  • Case study-worthy experience of maintaining high profile client relationships and significant ongoing SEO billings
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in the digital space, focused on search with primary focus on SEO & SMO with significant commercial experience in a digital role.
  • An innovative thinker who can respond to industry trends by producing new methods and deliverables that drive success
  • Public speaking experience or memberships with a professional organisation
  • Experience in finance management, accurate forecasting and designing profitable project scopes
  • Focussed on direct response clients who require a clear, thorough and ongoing justification of the SEO spend
