The agency is a close-knit team of 50 but are 600 strong worldwide and have offices in Germany, London, New York, and Warsaw. They function like an independent but have the backing of an influential network. The Role

  • The SEO Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the SEO team; supporting the SEO management team, coaching Executives and Analysts, connecting with other channel teams, and critically ensuring that their clients are superbly serviced, retained and grown.
  • You will be responsible for SEO Content ideation, recommendation and strategy for the brand.
  • A critical requirement of the role is to develop and grow excellent client relationships.
  • Ensure quality of work from a new executive, setting objectives and ensuring the executives personal development
  • Working across content focused briefs end to end with an openness to developing technical SEO experience as the clients business grows with the team


  • 3-4 years SEO experience at least, predominantly across content focused SEO campaigns
  • Preferably you have SEO Experience from an agency previously
  • Experience managing other members of the SEO team but not essential
  • Previous client facing experience
  • And most important you're an ideas person and a natural leader- this role is for a strong AM who wants to progress to Account Director so a natural drive and ability to show initiative are a must
