A leading retail business are hiring a Social Media Exec with great community management skills on 6 month contracts to help support the wider marketing and Social Media teams mange their Social Media channels. It is an epic role that will also enable you to be very heavily involved in their Christmas campaigns, which is always a fun and exciting time of year!
As Social Media Exec you will work with the social, brand and marketing teams to mange and update their Social Media channels across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. You will work closely with the advertising team to not only ensure that the brand has meaningful conversations with this businesses customers, but also influences and brings a lightness and humour to these interactions. Day to day responses to customers via social- ie customer service handling is handled by another team.... this person will get involved in the more marketing side of social media engagement- ie bringing more customers to their channels.
- Experience having managed a businesses Social Media Channels across twitter, Facebook, Instagram in particular
- Experience increasing engagement across those channels
- An ability to craft engaging content across Social Media channels
- Copy writing skill and a very strong eye for detail
- Salesforce is used on site, so whilst is not needed as previous experience as they will train you, it is useful to have
