Social Media Manager - global agency - Berlin!

Sphere have partnered with a global agency who specialise in social media and creative production for a portfolio of great clients. They are continuing to build and grow out their Berlin team, whilst the team is small they are mighty! Operating as a close-knit group to service some key players in the German market. They pride themselves on working with household names to develop their social and influencer marketing strategies.

This agency is looking for either a Senior Social Media Manager or Social Media Manager to join their team in Berlin. You MUST be fluent in German. They operate a great hybrid model with lovely (and dog friendly) offices in the centre of Berlin.

The Job

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals.
• Manage content creation and curation.
• Engage with followers through excellent community management.
• Monitor performance of social media campaigns for your clients and run reports.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as copywriters and designers.

You

• Experience in organic social media ideally from an agency.
• Autonomous and ambitious worker who enjoys contributing to success and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Always up to date with the latest trend!
• Fluent German and English.
