LEAD/HEAD OF SEARCH - Frankfurt - COMPETITIVE SALARY!

One of the world's leading electronic products brand is hiring for a Head of Search!

Sphere have recently partnered with one of the biggest brands worldwide. They are a multinational electronics brand that have over 110 offices around the globe worth over $50billion. They are within the top 100 brands and some of their products have become THE best standing in the world.

They are looking for a B2C paid search expert and leader to join their modern office in Frankfurt and lead the team.

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing, planning and implementing paid search measures for paid search campaigns
• (Google Ads, SA360, Bing, Yahoo)
• Evaluate performance profit metrics (ROAS, ROI)
• Manage the team to hit performance KPI and ROI targets
• Understand and report on data findings form the team (Google Analytics) to find the right attribution strategy
• Managing 7-figure budgets and structuring the budgeting scheme for campaigns
• Taking responsibility over the strategy of the Paid Search channel and department

Essential experience:

• +5 years' experience in digital marketing, specifically paid search channels
• Deep understanding of paid search campaigns and how to manage them
• High level of strategic ability to manage campaigns and determine the focus of the team
• Experience working with big monthly budgets
• Team management experience is essential
• Fluent English, native or fluent German is a big plus
