Technical Account Manager - Growth Tech - Negotiable - Berlin/Hamburg (Hybrid Working Model)


Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a high-growth tech company based in Germany, which specialises in commerce content and in affiliate and performance marketing. They offer a leading content monetization technology platform which connects 5,000 publishers and 72 networks with 50,000 advertisers in more than 160 countries.

Their main client base consists of leading Enterprise-level businesses in the FMCG, Ecommerce, Travel, and Telecommunications industry, such as Otto, Lidl and Vodafone.

To support their growth, they are now looking for someone to join them in either their Berlin or Hamburg office as a Technical Account Manager!


The Job

As a Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the technical implementation of the company's entire range of products for Enterprise customers

  • Rolling out new features on specific accounts in order to hit commercial goals

  • Being the main point of contact for enterprise customers for any technical issues

  • Being the point of escalation for the account management team in charge of managing Enterprise publishers (tracking issues, API queries)

  • Working closely with the Operations, Engineering and Product Marketing team in order to stay up-to-date on the platform and features



  • You speak English on a business-fluent level (fluent German is a plus)

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager role, in the Affiliate or AdTech sector

  • You have good knowledge of online tracking

  • You have relevant experience working in the Affiliate, Advertising and/or E-Commerce space

  • You are commercially minded and have a pragmatic/open-minded approach

  • You are experienced and/or interested in working in an international environment
