Our client is a start up consultancy that works within the field of advertising technology.

They predominately work with publishers and have been running for around 1 ½ years so far. They're are hiring for a Technical Account Manager who can use their technology to provide insights and feedback to their clients on their website performance, tech stack, ad revenue and any other issues around transparency.

They ideally want someone who comes from a product focussed role within digital advertising.

 

The Role

The Technical Account Manager will provide support in the day-to-day management of their clients delivering world-class customer service, recommendations in line with client KPIs and using their experience of the digital marketing landscape for trouble-shooting in ad technology-related areas.

  • Project manage and do the initial client setup on the platform
  • Interpret insights from the platform and recommend improvements/changes to clients that will yield positive results
  • Send weekly updates and recommendations to clients
  • Prepare and lead monthly business reviews
  • Actively respond to escalations of Publisher challenges
  • Work closely with the products team to grow the user cases covered by the business.
  • Attend industry events and network

 

 

 

You

 

  • Previous experience working for a publisher or ad-tech business.
  • Proficiency in Google Ad Manager (DFP)
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Google Big Data query is a plus
  • Experience using complex datasets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causes
  • Operationally minded with a startup mindset
  • Experience working with clients
  • An engaged team player with strong interpersonal skills who knows how to have fun while achieving results
