The Role

A step ahead of the competition and always beating target, you must actively thrive under pressures of hitting quota while taking personal pride in winning with clients, every time.

As VP Sales you are responsible for being an individual contributor as well as leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing business expectations through forecasting and be able to prioritize the overall goals of the company.

By learning and understanding your prospective customers, you should be able to navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains and position the company as a compelling solution. You have excellent communication skills and are able to acclimate yourself to working alongside a variety of leadership styles. If this is sounding like you, read on.

 

You

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience closing deals of $500k-$1M+ ACV
  • Experience managing and motivating a team of 4 or more Business Development Managers.
  • Highly experienced with Salesforce and be able to expertly aggregate data to sell effectively and manage expectations through forecasting
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the Salesforce
  • Retail vertical knowledge
